StreaksAI PLC on Thursday said that it is entering into a partnership with WeShop Holdings Ltd, a British Virgin Islands-registered community-owned social commerce platform.

Under the terms of the agreement, the London-based provider of artificial intelligence-based conversational technologies will help to enhance the WeShop platform by providing shoppers with personalised customer services using AI-powered chatbots.

Modelled after WeShop’s 1,300 influencers, Streaks’ chatbots will deliver a human-like, intuitive conversational interface for shoppers seeking in-platform assistance including addressing queries, resolving issues, or receiving product information.

Streaks also said that it would help to enable WeShop’s network of influencers to improve their brand advocacy, increasing their reach amongst followers.

According to Streaks, the partnership will generate revenues via influencers’ followers subscribing for access to their individualised chatbot. WeShop will share in this revenue as part of the partnership while providing distribution to their network.

‘We are thrilled to join hands with WeShop, a trailblazer in the social selling domain. Together, we will redefine customer service and engagement, enabling brands to build stronger connections with their audience. This partnership marks the beginning of a new era, where AI and social selling merge to create unforgettable experiences for customers,’ said Chief Executive Officer Mark Rutledge.

StreaksAI shares were trading 3.5% lower at 2.80 pence each in London on Thursday morning.
