One Heritage Group PLC - Manchester, England-based residential property developer and investment manager - Announces completion of five of 20 sales of apartments at Lincoln House in Bolton. Had announced the exchange of contracts in early July with sales scheduled to complete by last Sunday. Company however is experiencing ‘conveyancing delays linked to holidays and a few outstanding minor issues for the remaining 15’. Says it will provide a further update by next Thursday if sales are completed by then.
