Old Mutual Ltd - Anglo-South African financial services firm - Non-Executive Director Albert Essien will step down on May 31, after reach the maximum tenure on the board in 2024. Says Essien will not be available for re-election at an annual general meeting that day. ‘The board would like to express its sincere appreciation to Albert, who has provided invaluable contributions to the board and the company during his tenure as director,’ it says.
