Quantum Exponential Group PLC - invests in quantum technology - Remains in discussion with an investor group regarding a ‘potential substantial investment in the company.’ Says there can be no certainty on outcome of discussions.

Because of this, Quantum adjourns general meeting to May 17, having previously been scheduled for April 19. ‘The further adjournment is to enable the directors to continue discussions on the potential investment,’ it says.
