Ace Liberty & Stone PLC - London-based property investment company - Completes sale of Egerton Park service station on Leicester Road in Melton Mowbray, England, for a consideration of £2.8 million. The property was bought in July 2023 at a price of £2.7 million. The sale was undertaken in order to increase cash reserves.

Chief Executive Officer Ismail Ghandour says: ‘Taking account of current market sentiment, this sale at original purchase price highlights the underlying strength in our portfolio. By increasing our cash reserves, we are in a strong position for taking advantage of any future investment opportunities that may arise.’
