Global Smaller Cos Trust PLC - London-based investment trust focused on smaller companies - Enters into a one-year unsecured multicurrency revolving loan facility of up to £35 million with Royal Bank of Scotland International Ltd’s London branch. The new deal replaces an existing £35 million facility with the same bank, which was due to mature on September 13. Proceeds will be used to pursue the company’s investment objectives and for general working capital.
