Terrace Hill Group's FY pretax profit slipped to Â£5.6m, from Â£7.5m. Revenue was Â£48.5m, from Â£65.9m. Its EPRA NAV rose 1.7% to 28.8p a share, from 28.3p. Net debt fell 62.9% to Â£17.5m. "During 2013 we have achieved significant success in delivering against our strategy, making excellent progress with our development pipeline," said chairman Robert Adair. "In an increasingly positive economic environment, we look forward with confidence and growing optimism."
