Escher Group chief executive Liam Church will retire at the end of May. Escher - a leading provider of outsourced, point of service software for use in the worldwide postal, retail and financial industries, - said that during the next few months, Church would work with the board to ensure an orderly handover to a replacement CEO.
Chairman Nick Winks said: 'Liam has been a remarkable leader of Escher since the MBO he led in 2007.
'He will leave the business in a stronger position than it has ever been before, with strong recurring revenue streams underpinning its EBITDA and with no debt.
'On behalf of the board and all employees at Escher, I would like to thank him for his contribution and wish him well for the future.'
