Alperia: Shareholders decide on the distribution of dividends
At the Shareholders' Meeting held today, 14th June, the shareholders (the Autonomous Province of Bolzano, the Municipalities of Bolzano and Merano and SELFIN Srl) approved the proposal of the Supervisory Board to allocate the profit of Alperia SpA for financial year 2017, amounting to Euro 25,242,005, as follows:
- Euro 1,262,100 to the legal reserve, as required by current law;
- Euro 2,979,905 to retained earnings;
- Euro 21,000,000 to be distributed as dividends to the shareholders in proportion to the number of shares held and for an amount of Euro 0.028 per share.
The amount of this year's dividends is significantly higher (almost 40%) than that approved the previous year.
During the meeting, the Chairman of the Supervisory Board Mauro Marchi also illustrated the contents of the annual report of the Supervisory Board on the supervisory activity carried out in 2017 to the shareholders.
