(EFSA) of all the shares that are 100% owned by EFSA in the company Electrica Furnizare Grup SRL - Chisinau (EFGRM), a company registered in the Republic of Moldova. The objects of activity of this company are: electricity production; electricity and gas supply/trading; electrical installation works. The price of the purchase will be established following an evaluation report.
