Red Emperor (ASX/AIM: RMP) was today notified that Kenneth Baker sold 4,461,581 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 30 December 2020 for A$85,506.60 and a further 12,761,175 Ordinary Shares on 31 December 2020 for A$229,642.23. Kenneth Baker is now interested, in aggregate, in 20,908,161 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 3.98 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
