Eesti Energia Group audited annual report for the financial year 2020

There are no changes to the 2020 audited financial results of Eesti Energia Group compared to the 2020 unaudited financial results published on 26 February 2020. In the financial year 2020 the sales revenues of Eesti Energia Group amounted to EUR 833.7 million, -10.0% year-on-year. Group EBITDA was EUR 213.6 million (-17.8% year-on-year), and net profit amounted to EUR 19.3 million (-45.5% year-on-year).
The management board of Eesti Energia Group has proposed to the Annual General Meeting a dividend payment of 5 million euros for the financial year 2020 to the owner, State of Estonia. The dividends shall be paid in the 2021 financial year. In the financial year of 2020 no dividends were paid.
