Update on reduction of capital
Gresham House, (AIM: GHE) the specialist alternative asset manager, announces that, further to the Company's announcement of 3 June 2021, the Court hearing to consider the Company's proposed capital reduction scheduled for today (15 June 2021) has been moved to 29 June 2021 in order to allow for the notice of the hearing to be advertised for the period mandated by the Court. Further announcements will be made in due course.
