Countryside Properties PLC (the "Company")

The Company has been notified that the following PDMRs were granted options over the ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Shares") on 22 June 2021 under the Countryside Properties PLC Save As You Earn Plan at the option price of 401.44p. The savings term is three years with options exercisable between 1 August 2024 and 31 January 2025.
