Globalworth Real Estate Investments Limited ("Globalworth" or the "Company")

Growthpoint confirms intention not to accept Offer

 

Globalworth's second largest shareholder, Growthpoint Properties Limited ("Growthpoint"), has confirmed that following the offer by CPI Property Group S.A. and Aroundtown SA (the "Offer") being declared unconditional in all respects, it continues to agree with the Independent Committee's belief that the Offer significantly undervalues the Company, its assets and its prospects and, accordingly, it does not intend to accept the Offer.

Terms used but not defined in this announcement shall have the meanings given to them in the response circular published by the Company on 26 May 2021.
