Total Voting Rights
In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (the "Rules") provision 5.6.1, the Company would like to notify the market that as at 30 November 2021:
- its issued share capital (inclusive of treasury shares) consisted of 112,502,173 ordinary shares of 1p;
- there were 117,500 ordinary shares of 1p held in treasury; and
- its issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) consisted of 112,384,673 ordinary shares of 1p .
Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 112,384,673 and this number may be used as the denominator for the calculations by which shareholders will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest, in the Company, under the Rules.
