New Non-Executive Director

Tyman is pleased to announce that David Randich has been appointed a Non-Executive Director with effect from 15 December 2021.  Dave will also join the Audit and Risk, Remuneration and Nomination Committees.

Dave brings extensive experience of the North American building products market to the Tyman Board. At Fortune Brands, Dave was President of the Masterbrand Cabinets business for seven years and President of the Therma-Tru Doors business for five years. Prior to Fortune Brands, Dave held an international career with Armstrong World Industries, with roles in China, the UK, Germany and the US. Dave has also been a non-executive director of Springs Window Fashions and currently lectures at Purdue University's Krannert School of Management.

In accordance with Company policy, Dave will offer himself for election at Tyman's Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on 19 May 2022.
