Update to Results of

Annual General Meeting

 

Following GRC's Annual General Meeting on 27 September 2022, the Group announced the results of the meeting.  It has since come to the Group's attention that the poll results for Resolution 6 were incorrectly reported. They included the votes from a member of the Concert Party who should have been disenfranchised as required by the Takeover Code. This error does not affect the outcome of the vote and Resolution 6 was still passed by a clear majority of independent shareholders.
