HydrogenOne Capital Growth plc ("HydrogenOne" or the "Company"), the first London-listed fund investing in clean hydrogen for a positive environmental impact, confirms that the recent TR-1 announcements by INEOS UK E&P Holdings Limited and INEOS Offshore BCS Limited (together "INEOS") relate to a transfer of shares from one party to the other. INEOS therefore continues to hold 25 million shares in the Company, representing 19.4% of the issued share capital.
