Dividend Declaration
At the Annual General Meeting held earlier today the shareholders resolved to pay a final dividend of £0.01875 per ordinary Sterling Shares and €0.01750 per ordinary Euro Share, for the year ended 31 December 2023
The dividend will be payable on 2 June 2023 to shareholders on the register as at close of business on 12 May 2023 (the record date) and the corresponding ex-dividend date will be 11 May 2023.
