India Capital Growth Fund ("ICGF" or "the Company") announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday 27 June 2023 at the registered office of the Company at 1 Royal Plaza, Royal Avenue, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 2HL.
In connection with this meeting, copies of the Notice of the 2023 Annual General Meeting are being distributed to shareholders and will be available for inspection on the Company's website www.indiacapitalgrowth.com
