ISSUE OF EQUITY AND TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS
The Directors of Triple Point Venture VCT Plc (the "Company") are pleased to announce the allotment of 1,347,801 Venture Shares of 1p each at an average price of 103.860 pence per share on 28 July 2023 pursuant to the offer for subscription set out in a prospectus issued by the Company on 21 September 2022.
The shares allotted are to be admitted to the Official List. Admission is expected to become effective on or around 11 August 2023.
As a consequence of this allotment the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company is now 53,757,015 Venture Class Shares.
Following today's allotment of Venture Shares, the Offer has now closed.
