First Interim Dividend for the Year Ended 31 May 2024
CT Global Managed Portfolio Trust PLC (the "Company") announces a first interim dividend in respect of the financial year to 31 May 2024 of 1.8 pence per Income share (2023: 1.67 pence per Income share).
This dividend is payable on 6 October 2023 to shareholders on the register on 15 September 2023, with an ex-dividend date of 14 September 2023.
The normal pattern for the Company is to pay four quarterly interim dividends per financial year.
As previously announced, in the absence of unforeseen circumstances, it is the Board's current intention to pay four quarterly interim dividends each of at least 1.8 pence per Income share and that the aggregate dividends for the financial year to 31 May 2024 will be at least 7.2 pence per Income share (2023: 7.2 pence per Income share).
