The Board of CVC Income & Growth Limited wish to clarify the Company's position with regard to investments in other listed closed-ended investment funds.
The Company confirms that under the terms of its Investment Policy document, adopted by investors in May 2022, it does not invest at all in other listed closed-ended investment funds.
Accordingly the Company's shares are an eligible investment under LR 15.4.5, for other listed closed-ended investment funds.
