CANCELLATION OF TREASURY SHARES
Pollen Street plc ("Pollen Street") announces the cancellation of 4,712,985 Pollen Street shares held in treasury in accordance with the provisions of section 729 of the Companies Act 2006 (the "Cancellation").
The Cancellation is implemented in connection with the scheme of arrangement under Part 26 of the Companies Act 2006 to insert Pollen Street Group Limited as the new holding company of Pollen Street.
In accordance with Listing Rule 12.6.4R, Pollen Street discloses the following information:
