The Company announces that valid Redemption Requests were received by 3.00pm on 29 December 2023 in respect of 15,159,876 ordinary shares, equivalent to 15.7 per cent of the ordinary shares currently in issue and excluding shares held in treasury. Announcement of the Redemption Price is expected to be made on 8 January 2024.
