Panther Securities PLC announces that on 3 January 2024 the Company purchased 30,000 of its own ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 275 pence per share. These shares will be held as treasury shares.

Total Voting Rights
Following this transaction, the total number of Ordinary Shares held as treasury shares by the Company is 305,000 Ordinary Shares.
