Bondholder Update
Eros Media World PLC (the "Company") hereby provides an update to Bondholders and refers to the repurchase and consent solicitation memorandum dated 8 March 2023 and the Company's proposal to repurchase £2 million of outstanding Bonds at the end of March 2024.
The Company has been working with its banks and other advisers to restructure its existing business. Due to the Company's ongoing business restructuring it is not currently in a position to settle any repurchase of Bonds. However, the Company is working with its advisers on a further proposal to Bondholders which it expects to announce in the coming weeks, once the details have been finalized. The Company also expects to finalize and publish its 2023 and H1-2024 financial statements shortly.
Capitalized terms used and not defined in this notice have the meaning given to them in the Repurchase and Consent Solicitation Memorandum dated 8 March 2023.
