Further Adjournment of GM
Quantum Exponential Group plc (AQUIS: QBIT), a company focused on investing in quantum technology, announces that further to the announcement of 14 March 2024 the Directors remain in discussion with an investor group regarding a potential substantial investment in the Company.
Whilst there can be no certainty as to the outcome of these discussions, the Directors propose that the adjourned General Meeting ("GM") to be reconvened on 3 April 2024 at 10:00 a.m., at the offices of Fladgate LLP, 16 Great Queen Street, London, WC2B 5DG United Kingdom, should be further adjourned until 10:00am on 19 April 2024 at the same venue. Consequently, the only business at the reconvened GM on 3 April 2024 will be the adjournment of the meeting. The further adjournment is to enable the Directors to continue discussions on the potential investment.
