Investor Update: Merger
Following the announcement of partnership discussions on 3 March 2025 between Chelmer Housing Partnership Limited (a community benefit society with registered number 8112) and Estuary Housing Association Limited (a community benefit society with registered number 23240R), an investor update has been scheduled for 29 September 2025 at 11am (BST). Management will provide an update on the merger, its objectives and the proposed group structure, with the opportunity for some Q&A.
