Mayflower Acquisition Limited (the "Company") announces that a prospectus (the "Prospectus") dated today has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority and has been published by the Company. Copies of the Prospectus will, following publication, be available from the Company's registered office at Rodus Building, P.O. Box 3093, Road Town, Tortola, VG1110, British Virgin Islands, during usual business hours on any day (except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) and on the Company's website at www.mayfloweracquisitionlimited.com subject to certain access restrictions.

The Prospectus has also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
