The Directors of the Company wish to advise you of certain changes that will be made by the index provider to the name and methodology of the benchmark index of the Fund (the "Benchmark Index"). The index provider is amending the constituent weight capping and revising the issuer reweighting frequency from monthly to quarterly. In addition, the index provider is changing the name of the Benchmark Index, as set out below. The changes are due to take effect on or around 22nd December 2025 (the "Effective Date").

A new version of the Company's prospectus will be published on or around the Effective Date.
