Notice of change to the Company's legal entity name
The Company is pleased to announce that, with effect from today's date, it has changed its legal entity name from LSEGA Financing plc to LSEG Finance plc. Companies House has issued a change of name certificate, and the name change has become effective immediately.
The Company confirms that it will notify the London Stock Exchange and Financial Conduct Authority of the change of the Company's legal entity name.
The Company's TIDM, ISIN and SEDOL remain unchanged.
