Notice of General Meeting
Tirupati Graphite plc (TGR.L), the specialist flake graphite company and supplier of the critical mineral for the global energy transition, advises that the Circular to shareholders and Notice of a General Meeting ('GM') , as referred to in its announcement of 10 December 2025, have been distributed today. The GM will be held at 11:00 a.m. on 6 January 2026 at the offices of Gowling WLG (UK) LLP, 4 More London Riverside, London, SE1 2AU, United Kingdom.
The Circular, Notice of the GM and Proxy Form, which set out the arrangements for the meeting and how shareholders may vote and ask questions, are also available on the Company's website, www.tirupatigraphite.co.uk.

The Group also holds two world class, natural graphite projects in Mozambique including the Montepuez graphite project, which is permitted for 100,000tpa production and where substantial construction work has already been undertaken, although the projects remain under force majeure at the present time.
