Triple Point Energy Transition PLC - London-based investment firm - Changes name from Triple Point Energy Efficiency Infrastructure Co with effect at the open on Wednesday, following shareholder approval on Thursday last week.

Also on Thursday, company was cleared to change its investment policy. Company now free to invest in wider energy transition sector as well as expanded geographical reach, which now allows firm to back opportunities in Europe. UK remains core focus, however.
