Hansard Global PLC on Wednesday said its Chief Financial Officer Tim Davies plans to retire after completing a six-month notice period.

Davies joined the Isle of Man-based long-term savings provider in 2015 as CFO.

Hansard said Davies will remain in his role throughout the notice period to support an orderly transition. In the meantime, the company has begun a formal process to identify and appoint his successor.

Chief Executive Graham Sheward said: ‘Tim has been our CFO since 2015 and has been a valued member of the board and the executive committee. Tim has played an instrumental role in creating the financial strength and discipline that will enable us to continue delivering our ambitious strategy.’

Shares in Hansard were down 3.3% to 41.58 pence each in London on Wednesday afternoon.
