Greencoat Renewables PLC - Dublin-based owner and operator of renewable energy infrastructure assets in Europe - Capital reduction announced at end of March has become effective. High Court of Ireland has made order confirming capital reduction of Greencoat Renewables’ share premium account. The reserve from the share premium cancellation will be treated as profits available for distribution.
