CT Automotive Group PLC - a designer, developer and supplier of interior components to the global automotive industry - Announces changes to its board with immediate effect. Simon Phillips becomes chief executive, moving from current role as executive chair and replacing Scott McKenzie who is stepping down. McKenzie will remain with the company in a new role as chief operating officer, Sales and Product Development. Raymond Bench, currently an independent non-executive director, is appointed non-executive chair. Francesca Ecsery, currently an independent non-executive director, will become a senior independent non-executive director.

In addition, Nick Timberlake will join the board as a non-executive director and appointee of Otus Capital Management Ltd, which currently owns around 19% of CT Automotive’s issued share capital.
