Neometals Ltd, up 6.6% at 18.65 pence, 12-month range 17.00p-68.00p. The London-based sustainable battery materials producer says new lithium recovery flowsheet Primobius GmbH’s hub plant results show ‘outstanding’ results. ‘Lithium recoveries exceeding 93% were achieved precipitating lithium fluoride together with purity of 95%. This process improvement option can replace Primobius’ current lithium solvent-extraction circuit which produces lithium sulphate and is expected to reduce both operating and capital costs,’ it explains. Primobius is a joint venture between Neometals and Germany-based SMS Group GmbH.

Oracle Power PLC, down 61% at 0.029p, 12-month range 0.024p-0.3p. The natural resources project developer agrees on a placing of 1.0 billion new shares at a price of 0.035p each, to raise £350,000. The price is a steep discount to the 0.076p closing price on Tuesday. Will put the proceeds towards its green hydrogen project in Pakistan. Notes fundraise is dependent on shareholder approval. ‘The majority of the funds raised will be used to support the green hydrogen initiative, whilst also providing us with sufficient working capital to develop the other projects in Oracle’s portfolio. We are now looking toward the next stage in the project’s development as we move forward with detailed technical and financial feasibilities,’ says CEO Naheed Memon.

i(x) Net Zero PLC, down 7.0% at 20.00p, 12-month range 8.00p-31.10p. The investor in energy transition says its portfolio company Sustainable Living Innovations Inc will no longer combine with Churchill Capital Corp V. ‘The previously disclosed non-binding letter of intent between the two parties has been terminated in accordance with its terms. SLI will pursue alternative options that can support its plans to address sustainable housing affordability,’ it says.
