MicroSalt PLC - London-based developer of patent protected and scalable manufacturing process that produces a salt crystal that is about 100 times smaller than traditional salt - On Tuesday, delayed planned initial public offering to mid-November, without giving a reason. IPO was originally planned to take place on Wednesday this week. London-based intellectual property investment company Tekcapital PLC holds an 87% stake in MicroSalt.

Current Tekcapital stock price: 8.88 pence, down 4.0% on Friday
