The Company announces that it was notified on 4 November 2021 by Hal Alper, President, Chief Science Officer and a Director of the Company, that on 1 November 2021 he sold 20,000 Common Shares at a price of £0.72 per Common Share. Following this transaction, he continues to be interested in 1,242,046 Common Shares representing 6.39 per cent of the present issued capital of the Company and in 124,339 options over the Company's Common Shares.
