Chamberlin plc (AIM: CMH.L), the specialist castings and engineering group, announces that on 8 July 2022, Trevor Brown, Executive Director, purchased 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 4.956 pence per Ordinary Share and 250,000 Ordinary Shares at 5.1 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following these purchases, Mr Brown beneficially holds 30,775,000 Ordinary Shares representing 29.14 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
