Chamberlin plc (AIM: CMH.L), the specialist castings and engineering group, announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 May 2022 and notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have today been published and posted to shareholders.
The AGM will be held at the Company's registered office at Chuckery Road, Walsall, WS1 2DU at 11.00 a.m. on 30 November 2022.
The Annual Report and Accounts and notice of AGM are also available to view on the Company's website at www.chamberlin.co.uk.
