Sale of equity from Treasury
The Company announces that it has sold 150,000 Ordinary shares of 5 pence each from treasury each fully paid for cash at a price of 722.0 pence per share. These Ordinary shares rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing Ordinary shares.
Following this sale, the Company's issued share capital will be 65,806,114 Ordinary shares with 13,200 shares being held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary shares with voting rights in the Company is 65,792,914.
