Grant of SAYE Options
Porvair plc ("Porvair", the "Group" or the "Company"), the specialist filtration and environmental technologies group, announces that on 22 March 2023 it granted options under the Group's Save As You Earn scheme ("SAYE") including to James Mills.
Grant of SAYE options
Options under the SAYE were granted to PDMRs as follows:
