Carr's (CARR.L), the Speciality Agriculture and Engineering Group, announces that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 3 September 2022 has been published on the Company's website at www.carrsgroup-ir.com and uploaded to the Financial Conduct Authority's National Storage Mechanism at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
The Company has applied to the Financial Conduct Authority for the restoration of its ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the London Stock Exchange.
