Notice of Annual General Meeting
Minoan Group Plc announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 10.00 am on 28 April 2023 at the offices of Pinsent Masons LLP, 30 Crown Place, London, EC2A 4ES.
The Notice of Annual General Meeting will be available on the Company's website from today and will be posted today to those shareholders who have elected to continue to receive hard copy communications from the Company.
Minoan remains in active discussions concerning the Company's secured debt with DAGG LLP and expects to conclude these in the coming weeks. As reported on 9 December 2022, the Company's discussions with the Public Welfare Ecclesiastical Foundation Panagia Akrotiriani (the "Foundation") on amendments to the contract between Minoan's wholly subsidiary Loyalward Limited and the Foundation (the "Contract"), although taking longer than hoped for, are progressing.
In parallel, as also reported on 9 December 2022, the Company is moving ahead with commercial discussions based on the Contract. To that end Minoan is in active and encouraging dialogue with a number of parties, both in the hospitality space and in the form of strategic investments, commercial arrangements and banking partnerships. Most of these conversations are taking place under Non Disclosure Agreements.
The Company looks forward to be able to report further on these discussions in the near term. Should the Company reach an agreement with the Foundation to any changes to the Contract, any relevant commercial agreements with other parties will be adjusted accordingly.
The Company intends to publish its financial results for the year to 31 October 2022 prior to the Annual General Meeting.
