Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM
Active Energy, the international biomass based renewable energy business, is pleased to announce that the Company's Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2022 (the "Annual Report"), together with the notice of the Company's 2023 Annual General Meeting (the "Notice of AGM"), are now available to view on the Company's website (see - https://aegplc.com/corporate-documents/). The Annual General Meeting will be held at the offices of Allenby Capital Limited, 5th Floor, 5 St. Helen's Place, London EC3A 6AB, on Tuesday 11 July 2023 at 9.00 a.m.
The Notice of AGM contains a resolution to approve the adoption of a new long term incentive scheme, details of which are set out in the Notice of AGM.
Shareholders are encouraged to vote by proxy and appoint the Chairman of the meeting as their proxy for this purpose (rather than their own choice of person) to ensure that their vote is counted if they are unable to attend the meeting.
The Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of the AGM will be posted shortly to shareholders who requested hard copies.
