FireAngel (AIM:FA), one of Europe's leading developers and suppliers of home safety products, announces that at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today, resolutions 1 to 10 (ordinary resolutions) and resolution 11 (a special resolution) were duly passed and resolution 12 (a special resolution) was withdrawn.
