NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS
Keywords Studios, the international provider of creative and technology-enabled solutions to the global video games and entertainment industries, today announces that the following conditional award ("Salary Shares") automatically vested on Saturday, 16 September 2023 under the rules of the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan and were acquired by Jon Hauck, COO, on Monday, 18 September 2023.
On 19 September 2023, 202 ordinary shares were subsequently sold to satisfy tax and National Insurance liabilities arising as a result of the vesting of the Salary Shares. The remaining 208 ordinary shares were retained by Jon Hauck.
The Salary Shares are subject to phased vesting, with one-third of the award vesting on the anniversary of the date of grant each year, subject to continued employment. No other performance conditions apply.
